1. 'It is well known that participation for women in sports such as netball  improves physical well-being and fitness. 

These types of sports also have a distinct advantage over solitary pursuits by offering social-engagement that can lead to improved mental well being and overall life satisfaction' - Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise. 

You are welcome to join us for a '2-session taster' with no obligations.

If you become a member, Your membership fee pays for:

· A weekly training session currently Saturday 9h15 -10h30 (Juniors) & 10h30 - 12h30 (Adults)

· Registration with the International Federation of Netball Associations (IFNA)
· Qualified Coaching
· French-Certified First-Aiders & Netball specific First Aid equipment.

· Access to the international netball community with the potential of away fixtures.
· Annual insurance
· Annual accountancy fees

· Facility hire

                                     · Costs & maintenance of all Netball playing & training equipment.
